
1.Control
We control size, moisture of the wood, doors hinges, locks, drawers, extensions, and each part of the cabinet.

2.Whitening
Oxigenated water and ammonia are applied on darker parts of furniture to white them all.

3.Putty Work
Marine grout is applied on needed parts of furniture.

4.Distressing
Furniture aging treatment is obtained with special instruments like rasp, hatchet, plane, nails wheel, chain.

5.First Wood Rasping
Hand rasping on raw furniture done with sand paper and wire wool.

6.Tint
Water tint done with natural earth pits (oxides) dissolved in warm water and then draw in by a rag.

7.First Painting
First-hand of nitrocellulose base painting in order to partially close the pores of the wood.

8.Second Wood Rasping
New whitening on hit parts plus hand sanding treatment on complete surface with wire wool.

9.Second Distressing
Second aging treatment is obtained with river stone, nails wheel, chain.

10.Morchia Application
Hand brush application of Morchia. Morchia coming from earth pits and mordant dissolved in warm water and then applied with rag; rag beated on the surface to fix morchia.

11.Third Wood Rasping
This rasping operation is done with wire wool to remove over morchia applied and have it well fixed on choosen parts.

12.Accompanying
It is the more critical step: sponge and brush accompanied different wooden colour shadows to make them uniform and beautifull. Light painting is applied at the end to fix accompanying.

13.Second Painting
Last hand nitro-lacquered finishing.

14.Fourth Wood Rasping
Uniform wood rasping done with a special extra thin wire wool on all furniture to have it well prepared to wax application.

15.Antique Wax
A large quantity of wax is applied with wire wool on the whole surface of furniture and then dried with cotton wool.

15A.Wick Finishing
Special finishing done under request with shellac on the whole surface.
